Right from the first moment I met him I knew I was going to enjoy working with Ray. I was struck by his warm, friendly demeanor, by the fact that he took the time to sit and have a conversation to find out more about us and our plans, and by his obvious enthusiasm for his work. Ray was with us every step of the way in the process of selling our house. He had some great suggestions for getting it ready to sell and provided us with assistance from a professional house stager for some fine tuning. He helped find a great handy man to do some little repairs and even brought boxes to help with our packing! He had good advice about pricing and about open houses and he followed up with us after every showing. Ray answered all our questions, was quick to return calls and kept us calm when things became stressful. Plus I really enjoyed his sense of humor! In the end our house sold quickly and we got a great price, more than we expected as a matter of fact!
I have worked with a number of real estate agents over the years as I have moved coast to coast but I have never enjoyed working with any of them the way I did with Ray. His professionalism, integrity, knowledge and warmth made working with him a real pleasure!

Selling our house was the longest, most intense three weeks of my life, but you definitely made the whole process better.

Dear Ray:
I just wanted to drop you a line and give you some feedback on our business relationship during the time that my house, at 1291 Flynn Crescent, was for sale.
When I listed my house with you in the summer of 2000, it was because you had the reputation in our neighborhood of being honest and hardworking. In fact, neighbors of mine had worked with you and they told me that if I chose to list with you that I would be happy.
Well, they were wrong.
While I was happy with the sale of my home I was most impressed with the quality of service that Ray showed to me.
During the time of the listing I lost count of the Open Houses that you hosted on mybehalf. Not only did I have a lot of Open Houses, but you always gave me lots of notice and after each one, feedback on the cosmetic or cost effective things I could do to make the most of the next showing.
But it was more than just telling me what to do; on more than one occasion you actually came over to the house and cut my lawn for me! You even offered to help me withany minor repairs I might have!
It is not always a great time to sell a house, even in the popular community of River Springs. But, if a realtor knows and understands the market, then he is really an asset to his client. I believe that Ray’s commitment allows him to offer more than just ‘average’ service.
I suppose that anyone with a Realtor’s License can sell a house, but a true professional creates a relationship, through developing respect and trust with his client that lasts long after the sale goes through.
